Additional information for vendors:

1.     Applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Your booth will not be reserved until we have received payment.

2.     Only one direct sales vendor per company (i.e. Thirty-One, Pampered Chef, etc.) will be allowed to participate.

3.     Each space will have two chairs. One 8’ table and/or one 10’ x 10’ tent canopy is available for rent. Otherwise, the vendor is responsible for bringing their own displays, tables, and/or tent canopy.

4.     Rented tables and/or tent canopies will be set up by 10 am on Saturday.

5.     Please provide your own tablecloths.

6.     You are responsible for bringing your own cash and change.

7.     Set up will begin at 8am on Saturday. Vendors need to be set up and ready to go by 10 am. Please do not tear down until 3pm.

8.     Merchandise needs to be kept in your booth space for safety purposes.

9.     Tables should be attended to during show hours. Early departing vendors may be refused from future events.

10. We reserve the right to reject any unsuitable items and you will be asked to remove them from your display.

11. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. You may not sell, assign, or give your booth to another person without written authorization of church event personnel. Vendors who let personnel know they can no longer attend at least two weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund. Vendors who cancel less than 2 weeks prior to event will not receive a refund.

12. No tobacco use or vaping on site.

13. “WNUMC Family Fun Festival” is rain or shine. Please plan accordingly.
